AMS COUNSELLING ONLINE
Integrative Counselling
A very warm welcome to AMS Counselling Online and thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Finding the right therapist for you can be somewhat confusing and indeed a complex task.
My intention here, is to give you an overview of what I offer to help you make the right decision that is suitable for you.
I’ve also provided some useful links and resources that might be helpful to you now and in addition to the therapy that you are seeking.
Our initial meeting
I offer a 30-minute online, free no-obligation session as a way of getting to know each other. It allows us to talk about your hopes and what you would like to achieve on your counselling journey.
This initial meeting will give you a feel for my therapy sessions and for you to see if my way of working might be a good fit for you.
Please do contact me if you have any questions or would like some further information.
My approach
I started my training twelve years ago, my core training was that of Carl Rogers Person Centred Approach which serves as the primary foundation of how I practice. In 2019, I completed my Diploma in Counselling Skills (Integrative Pathway) at the City Lit Institute, London, where alongside Person Centred I also qualified in both Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
A more simplified version of this for, I have encapsulated in what I call my three E’s.
