Crisis Resources

If you are at immediate risk or experiencing a mental health crisis, you can do one of the following:

Call the emergency services (999)

Go to the nearest A&E

Contact your local mental health crisis team – find the one on your area here: https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/mental-health/find-an-urgent-mental-health-helpline

 

If you are concerned about someone else at risk or in crisis outside of your area you can request a Police  welfare check. Search by postcode for their local Police
